About Relph Construction of Wichita, KS

After moving from Kansas City at age 4, Russ Relph grew up in Bel Aire, Kansas. He began framing homes and apartments at age 15, continuing through his graduation from Heights High School in 1980. In 1993, Russ started Relph Construction, Inc., building homes and commercial projects in and around Wichita, Kansas.
